Changes or cancels order
Most bookings made at Ebeiogroup are final. If the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service representatives to change the order details, such as delivery destination, splitting delivery, changing the delivery time and designating a consolidated shipment for multiple orders. Shipping
Customers can choose industry-leading freight companies, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL, at check-out. You can select whether to charge customer's shipping account or to charge Ebeiogroup shipping account by paying the prefixed cost at the time of order. All relevant shipping and tracking information, including airway bill numbers, is provided automatically upon shipment of each purchase.
VAT and Other Tax Fees
According to custom’s law in the destination country, you may be charged shipping taxes, VAT, port handling fees and other customs charges, that will be calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. The taxes of goods are not being included in the price of the online order. Any taxes will be billed directly to you by the global carrier on your international shipment.
Registration, Validity of Orders and Acceptance of Orders

Minimum Order Amount, Delivery and Freight
Please fill in the consignee's real name, delivery address and contact information clearly and accurately. You, not Ebeiogroup, will be responsible for order delays or failure to deliver due to the following circumstances: 1) You have provided incorrect information or non- detailed address. 2) No one signed for the goods.
Delay Payment
You shall pay to Ebeiogroup all costs incurred by Ebeiogroup in connection with recovery from you of any amounts that have become due in the past, including court costs, recovery costs and attorneys' fees.
Out-of-Stock Processing
If there is no stock when you place an order, you can delay delivery, delivered in batches, or cancel the order for out-of-stock products. If you choose delayed delivery or batch delivery, but the product has not been shipped when the delayed delivery or batch delivery time agreed by you expires, the order for the batch of out-of-stock products will be cancelled.
Shipment Damage
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing materials and parts intact. Please get in touch with a customer service representative from Ebeiogroup to initiate a claim immediately.
Return, Exchange or Restocking Policies
We accept returns and exchanges only for products that are not the correct model, not the correct quantity, incorrectly delivered or defective in quality due to Ebeiogroup's fault. In the aforementioned cases, we will provide you with an exchange, replacement or refund, as the case may be, upon your request. You understand and agree that because the products you ordered were purchased from overseas at your specific request, we cannot resell them once they are returned, so if the return is due to your reasons, your return request will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for any resulting liability. It is important to note that for returns related to quality defects, whether the product is used or not, the return needs to be tested by a third party to see if there is a functional problem with the batch of products that are not on the machine (not be used). If there is, the supplier accepts the return for a full refund. If the product does not have functional problems and meets the specification requirements, then the product cannot be returned for a refund. If there is something wrong with the product we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the product only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled: (1)There are any problems with the product we delivered, such as a deficiency in quantity, delivery of wrong items, and apparent external defects (breakage and rust, etc.), and we acknowledge such problems. (2) In the case of shipping damaged, insufficient, wrongly delivered items in the package, please notify us within 7 days after the product is delivered. (3) In the case of apparent external defects (breakage and rust, etc.), please notify us within 365 days after the product is delivered. The product is unused and only in the original unpacked packaging, and is reasonably stored in an ESD environment. * Acceptance of the return or replacement of the product is at our discretion.
Return and Replacement Processing
For return and exchange related to product model mismatch, product quantity mismatch, and product delivery error caused by Ebeiogroup's fault, you must request a return or exchange within seven days of receiving the product. The original invoice number and order access number, product label, physical photos of the problematic product and a brief description of the reason for return or replacement must be attached. Products need to be returned in original packaging and resalable condition. We only accept returns and exchanges due to short deliveries, mismatched product models, or product quality defects. For all products with quality defects, you must apply for a return within 365 days of receiving the product. You must attach the original invoice number and order access number, product label, physical photos of the problematic product, and a brief description of the reason for return or replacement. If the product quality problem cannot be shown through photos, please provide your exact detection method. Return and exchange applications beyond the time limit stipulated in this agreement will not be accepted, and you shall bear the resulting responsibilities. All ESD-sensitive devices will undergo incoming inspection using Ebeiogroup's work guidelines and the latest version of the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard. ESD products not handled according to the standard will lose (return and exchange) eligibility. You shall be solely responsible for the costs of the inspections above. Return shipping must be prepaid since the return of the product is due to Ebeiogroup's reasons, including but not limited to providing wrong products, wrong quantities of product, product quality defects or wrong delivery. The corresponding shipping fee will be borne by Ebeiogroup. When returning products to Ebeiogroup, you need to represent and warrant that the returned products were purchased directly from Ebeiogroup and are not counterfeit or otherwise substandard or in violation of Ebeiogroup's Anti-Counterfeiting Policy. You agree that Ebeiogroup may test any returned products to determine whether they are counterfeit, substandard or otherwise in violation of the conditions of this order. If Ebeiogroup determines at its sole discretion that any returned products are counterfeit, substandard or otherwise in violation of the conditions of this order, Ebeiogroup may report to any relevant governmental or regulatory agency or any other relevant third party. Products will be tested for further examination or analysis, and Ebeiogroup may take other steps as required or permitted by applicable law. To facilitate the return process: (1)Please provide a copy of your original purchase order when requesting a return. (2)Product must be returned with original packaging and labelling to help our investigation and processing. (3)Your account will be credited when our Distribution Centre receives and verifies product returns. (4)If you receive a damaged product with visible damage to external shipping containers, please report the damage to the carrier at the time of receipt. Please get in touch with the Ebeiogroup Electronics Sales Office with details of the damage. (5)Product must not have been purchased with an NCNR agreement (Non-Cancelable, Non -Returnable) or be classified as CSP (Customer Specific Product). (6)Returned products must be undamaged and be in the original manufacturers sealed packaging or Ebeiogroup sealed packaging to ensure that there has been no possibility of physical damage, Electrostatic Discharge Damage (ESD) or exposure to moisture (especially important on Dry Packed SMT products). Ebeiogroup product labelling must be in place so that we have clear traceability to our original shipment. (7) Customer shall be deemed to have submitted a return request only if the customer notifies Seller in writing within 365 days of delivery of product shortages, damage or defect. (8)Only products originally shipped from Ebeiogroup will be returned to Ebeiogroup. (9)The returned products should be in the original packaging and unused condition (except defective ones). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions (10)Some products may require being returned directly to the manufacturer. (11)All manuals, accessories and packaging that the product originally came with should be contained. (12) The RMA number must be written visibly on the outside of the shipping carton. (13) It is important to note that for returns related to quality defects, whether the product is used or not, the return needs to be tested by a third party to see if there is a functional problem with the batch of products that are not on the machine(not be used). If there is, the supplier accepts the return for a full refund. If the product does not have functional problems and meets the specification requirements, then the product cannot be returned for a refund.
Excess Stock Products
>Excess Stock products are excess stock products. These products are of good quality, but there may be some exceptions, including but not limited to older production dates, or may have been discontinued and/or obsoleted by the manufacturer. Excess Stock products are available in limited quantities and are not eligible for out-of-stock orders. All Excess Stock products are non-returnable once sold. The purchaser represents and warrants to Ebeiogroup that the merchantability and fitness of the products will be determined for any equipment or any application, including, but not limited to, equipment or applications involving life safety.

Excess Stock Limited Warranty
This limited warranty only applies to products designated by Ebeiogroup as Excess Stock on this website or other websites. If you choose to purchase any Excess Stock product, Ebeiogroup warrants only to the original purchaser of the Excess Stock product from Ebeiogroup. Ebeiogroup reserves the right to engage an independent third party to inspect and test the Excess Stock product that is alleged to be defective to determine if it does have this defect. Subject to the foregoing, in no event shall Ebeiogroup's liability in connection with any product, including Excess Stock products, exceed its purchase price.

Indemnification

Export Term of Use

Buyer certifies that it will be the recipient of Products to be delivered by Seller. Buyer acknowledges that the Products are subject to the export and/or import control laws and regulations of various countries including the Export Administration Laws and Regulations. Products sold by Seller are not designed, intended or authorized for use in life support, life sustaining, nuclear, or other applications in which the failure of such Products could reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, loss of life or catastrophic property damage. If you breach this agreement, you agree to indemnify Ebeiogroup for and hold our harmless against any loss, cost or damage to Ebeiogroup which arises or results from such breach.(1) Buyer acknowledges that such use or sale is at Buyer's sole risk; (2) Buyer agrees that Seller and the manufacturer of the Products are not liable, in whole or in part, for any claim or damage arising from such use; and (3) Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Seller and the manufacturer of the Products harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities arising out of or in connection with such use or sale.
Confidentiality
You may not disclose any confidential information of Ebeiogroup as long as such information is kept confidential. For this Agreement, " Ebeiogroup CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION" includes all non-public information that we disclose through the Software that is designated as confidential or that could reasonably be understood to be confidential based on the nature of the information or the circumstances of the disclosure. Except as expressly permitted hereby, you may not use, or permit the use of, Ebeiogroup's Confidential Information. Ebeiogroup Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, non-public information relating to our or our business partners' sales, margins, profits, technology, customers, business plans, promotions and marketing activities, financial and other business matters, and our obligation to keep third-party information confidential. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Section, you have no obligation of confidentiality to us under this Section if: the information becomes publicly available but not as a result of a breach of this Terms; the information was known to you before you obtained it from Ebeiogroup; the information was obtained from a third party that has never obtained or disclosed the information through fault or infringement; or there are documents proving that the information was developed and obtained by yourself.
